Up to an hour before the start of the treatment, you are welcome to relax in the spa facilities of ESPA Riga that offer saunas, steam rooms, variety of recreational facilities and also take a dip in the only heated outdoor pool in Riga.
After treatment you will have the opportunity to relax in our Relaxation room enjoying herbal teas and healthy snacks.
Treatments for expectant mothers are available starting from the 2nd trimester of pregnancy.
