The treatment begins with guided breathing and visualisation techniques to encourage deep relaxation and help release tension. This is followed by facial cleansing and a detailed skin analysis using the Skin Vision Lamp. Next, a facial massage with warm herbal poultices and Rose Quartz crystals helps sculpt and rejuvenate the skin, before a deeply hydrating mask leaves your complexion refreshed and beautifully radiant.
The experience concludes with your choice of a relaxing scalp massage or a hand and arm massage, leaving you feeling calm and deeply relaxed.
Up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled treatment time you are welcome to relax and enjoy our exclusive Thermal Suite including saunas, steam rooms, relaxation rooms and the only heated open-air Vitality pool in Riga.
After the treatment you will have the opportunity to relax in the relaxation room enjoying herbal teas and healthy treats.
