ESPA body treatments

Up to an hour before the start of the treatment, you are welcome to relax in the heat and water facilities of ESPA Riga with saunas, steam rooms, recreational facilities and take a dip in the only heated outside pool in Riga.

After treatment you will have the opportunity to relax in our Relaxation room by enjoying herbal teas and healthy treats.
