The poultice treatment is designed to enhance total harmony and relaxation in the mind and body. This is achieved by warmth induced by the herbal poultices, further enhanced by the calming and sedative effects of Chamomile, Lavender, and Valerian. The body is nurtured with warmth, muscle tension is eased, and the mind is free of stress, enhancing a restful night’s sleep. The treatment includes a full-body massage, including a scalp massage.
