Lottery's "Enjoy Spa relaxation and win a gift" rules.

A\S "Viesnīca Latvija", company registration number 40003040166, legal address: Elizabetes iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.

3. LOTTERY TERRITORY:

Spa center, ESPA Riga, Baznīcas iela 4A, LV-1010, Riga.

4. LOTTERY DURATION:

The lottery takes place from 01.11.2023 to 04.12.2023.

5. PRIZE:

5.1. ESPA cosmetics advent calendar. The value of the prize is EUR 120.00.

6. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

6.1. Every resident of the Republic of Latvia can participate in the campaign.

6.2. In order to participate in the lottery, in the period from November 1, 2023 to December 3, 2023 (inclusive), one must visit one of the SPA body or face procedures, the purchase receipt, on which the phone number and name are indicated, must be placed in a specially created lottery box, located at the Spa reception.

7. ESTIMATED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:

The planned number of participants in the lottery is 500 (five hundred) participants, which, using 6.2. of the type indicated in paragraph 1, will register for participation in the lottery, and from which 1 (one) winner will be drawn, who will receive one lottery winning ESPA cosmetics advent calendar.

8. CONTRIBUTION OF PARTICIPANTS:

To participate in the lottery, the participant must visit one of the SPA face or body treatments and place the purchase receipt in the lottery box located at the Spa reception.

9. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS:

9.1. The winner will be determined from all purchases made.

9.2. The winner will be drawn on December 4, 2023 at 11:00 in the premises of ESPA Riga, Baznīcas iela 4A, Riga, LV-1010.

9.3. The registration of the participants of the promotion and the drawing of prizes is ensured by the lottery box located at the Spa reception, where the Spa visitor places his purchase receipt. The winner will be determined by randomly drawing one of the purchase receipts.

9.4. Every application registered within the application period specified in point 4, which complies with the lottery rules, participates in the draw.

10. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:

The winner will be published on the websites www.espariga.lv and www.espariga.com on the day of the draw - December 4, 2023.

11. RECEIVING THE PRIZE:

11.1. The lottery organizers will contact the winner within three days and agree on the most convenient place and time to receive the prize. You can contact us by phone +37167715222 or by email spa@espariga.com to receive the award until January 31, 2024.

11.2. The prize must be withdrawn from December 4, 2023 to January 31, 2024, taking with you a personal identification document

11.3. The prize will no longer be awarded after January 31, 2024.

11.4. The prize will not be paid out in cash or exchanged for another prize.

11.5. The prize, which is not withdrawn until January 31, 2024, remains in the possession of the distributor of the product, A/S Vištelija Latvija.

12. CLAIMS AND THEIR EXAMINATION:

The lottery participant has the right to express claims about the conduct of the lottery until January 18, 2024, by submitting a written application to ESPA Rīga Baznīcas iela 4A, Rīga, LV-1010. All claims will be considered and the answer will be provided to the lottery participant within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the written application.

13. BAN ON PARTICIPATION:

Employees of A/S Hotel Latvija may not participate in the lottery. If this rule is violated and the winner of the draw becomes a person who is not eligible to participate in the draw, another winner will be drawn. Reserve winners are drawn, if one of the employees of A/S "Viesnīca Latvija" is the winner, then the reserve winner receives the prize.
